These terms explain how you may use Dozana and what happens when you place an order.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a contract under the law that applies to you. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity on your account.
Orders and pricing
Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping costs, and availability can change. We may cancel or correct an order for obvious listing errors, fraud concerns, or stock issues.
Payments and fraud checks
Orders are accepted only after payment verification, authorization, and fraud screening. A checkout submission is not a guarantee of fulfillment, and payment must remain valid through verification.
Shipping and suppliers
Some items may be sourced, packed, or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners such as CJdropshipping, Zendrop, or AliExpress sellers. Dozana remains the customer-facing merchant and may split orders across multiple shipments.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellations may be limited after order capture or supplier submission. Return windows, evidence requirements, replacements, and refunds depend on the product and the facts of each case.
Liability and changes
We do not exclude liability where that would be unlawful. We may update these terms, and the version in force at the time of purchase applies to that order.
