When cancellation is possible
We can usually review cancellation requests before payment capture, supplier submission, or fulfillment processing. After that point, cancellation may not be possible.
How to request it
Contact support with your order number as soon as possible. We will check the order state and advise whether a cancellation can still be processed.
After fulfillment starts
Because many items are sourced after checkout, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
